Joe Ferrante

A resident of Long Island, New York, Joe Ferrante is an adjunct faculty member and piano accompanist at Nassau Community College, accompanist for the University Choir at Hofstra, and the music director for the Centerport United Methodist Church.

He composed the score to LoveCourt, an original musical presented by New York City's Isle of Shoals Productions in 2016, and his first original score was performed at the Dramatists Guild years earlier- both were Actors Equity Association productions. Some of his original choral music has been performed by the Nassau Community College vocal ensemble, and he has also provided music for independent films.

Joe co-wrote and recorded all tracks with Nate Lombardi for his second CD, The Empire Jones Project. He has a degree in music theory and composition from Cornell University.
